The RTB (Residential Tenancies Board) Rent Increase Calculator helps landlords and tenants determine the maximum allowable rent increase in Rent Pressure Zones (RPZs) in Ireland, based on current regulations.

A: The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices measures inflation. The most recent annual rate is used.

A: Most private rentals are covered, but some exemptions exist (e.g., new rentals in the first 2 years).
